EmailEric went to Harding University where he graduated with his B.A. in Bible and Missions. While at Harding he met his beautiful wife Jaime. They have been married for 12 years and have three wonderful boys, Andrew (11), David (9), and Caleb (6). Eric has been preaching God's Word for the last 12 years. He has been ministering with the Chesmont Church of Christ for 3 years and has a passion and love for reaching the lost in the Pottstown area.
EmailDoug spent his primary career of 41 years in Christian higher education, serving as a Vice president for three colleges and universities. He has a BA from Pepperdine and an MA from from Villanova. He recently moved back to Pennsylvania to be near family and grandchildren and to work with Camp Manatawny in fundraising. Doug served on the first publicity committee to help Camp Manatawny get underway in 1967. He served as a deacon for over 20 years then as an elder for churches in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania and Lake Orion, Michigan, before becoming an elder at Chesmont.
Doug and wife, Janet, have two children, Phillip and Laura. Phil and wife, Terri, have two children: Tessa and Samuel, They live in Harleysville, Pennsylvania. Laura and James Hodges have three children: Micah, Kylee, and Noah and live in Burnet, Texas.
Doug believes the Lord is doing mighty things and opening many doors in the work at Chesmont. He looks forward to serving with a congregation that is growing, maturing, reaching out to the community, is loving, and all this in unity.

Rick is a graduate of Abilene Christian University with a BBA in Marketing, and has spent the last 27 years working for the Vanguard Group in Valley Forge, PA. He is currently a Client Administration Manager in the Institutional Division. |
EmailSusan and Bob have been members of Chesmont since its founding. For the first 7 years of Chesmont, Bob was the preacher. After finally hiring a fulltime minister, Bob became one of the first elders. Both retired in 2011. Susan was a physiologist for the Chester County IU and Bob was a Quality Assurance Manager for The Boeing Co.
They have two sons and 3 grandsons.
EmailMark is our newest elder at Chesmont. He has also served as deacon for a number of years. He is superintendent of Coventry christian Schools. There will be more on Mark shortly.

EmailPaul is a Graduate of Harding University (B.A. English and Biblical Studies) and Philadelphia Biblical University (M.S. Educational Leadership and Administration.) He has served as middle and high school principal at Coventry Christian Schools (CCS) for 12 years and is now serving as Director of Advancement for CCS. He currently directs Project Purpose, an educational program for at-risk youth from local schools.
Paul's primary work in the church has been and is in the areas of both adolescent and adult education and family ministries. Paul is married to his wife, Sheri, with whom he shares responsibility for three children: Elijah, Arden, and Isaiah. Paul is an avid distance runner, backpacker, and caver.
